the next meeting to allow further discussion with the
LA21/Environment Partnership Board concerning administrative
support as set out in paragraph 5.2.4 to the report. |

Development Covenant on MHS Homes Land Decision: 12/2003 The cabinet agreed the proposal to use
resources currently allocated to housing capital schemes to fund
the purchase of nomination rights from mhs homes, as set out in
section four of the report, conditional upon completion of the new
homelessness agreement and recommends that Council agrees the
necessary virement as set out in this report. This will not include
the interest referred to in paragraph 4.3 of the report. |

transfer of responsibilities for the Drug Action Team Manager from
Health and Community Services to Development and Environment with
