Employment Matters Committee
Purpose of committee
To deal with all employment matters noting that the determination of the annual pay award is a matter for the Full Council if it exceeds the budgetary provision.
To consider allegations /issues regarding disciplinary matters relating to the Head of Paid Service, the S.151 Officer and the Monitoring Officer.
