Decision: 64/2009 The Cabinet recommended that Council approves the reduction in housing rents, as detailed in section 2 of the report, commencing from 20 July 2009 subject to confirmation that all costs will be reimbursed.
2.	Letting of Part of Gun Wharf Computer Room View the background to item 2. View the decision for item 2. Decision: 66/2009 The Cabinet agreed to delegate authority to the Assistant Director of Housing and Corporate Services to grant lease(s) or licence(s) of parts of the Gun Wharf computer room on the best terms reasonably obtainable.
3.	Children and Young People Plan (policy framework) View the background to item 3. View the decision for item 3. Decision: 63/2009 The Cabinet agreed to refer the Children and Young People's Plan to the Medway Children's Trust Board and Full Council for consideration and approval.
4.	Recruitment Freeze View the background to item 4. View the decision for item 4. Decision: 65/2009 The Cabinet agreed to unfreeze the following posts, as detailed in Appendix 1 to the report, to enable officers to commence the recruitment process: Business Support: a) Senior Performance and Subsidy Officer. Children and Adults: b) Support Services Assistant - Woodlands Place. c) Raise System Administrator. d) Raise Trainer. e) Senior Admin Officer (Educational Psychology Unit). f) Admin Officer (Educational Psychology Unit).
