Temple Waterfront Development Brief Decision: 85/2006 The Cabinet authorised the Director of
Regeneration and Development, in consultation with the Leader and
the Portfolio Holder for Strategic Development and Economic Growth,
to make minor changes to the Temple Waterfront Development Brief
and issue it for consultation. |

Medway Innovation Centre Decision: 89/2006 The Cabinet noted the phased
development of the innovation centre and the progress that has been
made in taking forward to delivery. |

School Places for Three Year Olds Decision: 93/2006 The Cabinet agreed to authorise the
Director of Children's Services to initiate public consultation on
the variation of the age range of Swingate Infant School to allow
the admission of children aged 3 years. |

School Admissions - 2007 (Call-In) Decision: 92/2006 The Cabinet confirmed its decision
made on 4 April 2006 - to agree option 2 for the Hoo Peninsula
scheme of education, as outlined in section 5.4 of the report, to
respond to the issues raised by residents on the Hoo Peninsula and
safeguard the interests of Medway residents overall. |

Northbank House Decision: 98/2006 The Cabinet agreed to use the 2003
consent order, so that the property can be let at less than best
consideration. |

Tree Contract Decision: 97/2006 The Cabinet approved the award of the
contract for tree pruning, felling and planting to Blenwood Grounds
Maintenance for three years commencing on 1 July 2006, with the
option to extend the contract for up to 24 months subject to
satisfactory performance. |

Park and Ride, Medway City Estate Decision: 95/2006 The Cabinet granted delegated
authority to the Director of Finance and Corporate Services to
enter into an agreement where the land hatched on the plan set out
in the report, and containing a new park and ride facility, will be
transferred to the Council on the best terms reasonably
obtainable. |

Grant Allocation to Citizens Advice Bureau Medway Decision: 84/2006 The Cabinet approved the waiver of
contract rules and authorised the award of grant subject to a
service level agreement with Medway District Citizens Advice
Bureau, over a three-year period, to provide general advisory
services to the residents of Medway. |

Risk Management Strategy Decision: 94/2006 The Cabinet agreed the overarching
Risk Management Strategy, as set out in appendix 1 to the report,
and noted that the Overview and Scrutiny Committees would undertake
further work on specific service risks in their individual service
areas, as set out in appendices 2-6 in the report. |
