Type of organisation:

Public/private sector partnership consisting of local traders, residents, police, clergy, members and an officer representative from the council.

Purpose of organisation:

To strengthen the retail and leisure base of the centre, promotion and marketing of the centre to attract visitors and customers, respond to council proposals (including draft strategies and planning applications where appropriate), bid for funds to take forward proposals contained within its action plan.
