Housing Anti Social Behaviour Policy and Procedures

The Anti Social Behaviour Act 2003 introduced a new requirement on all social landlords to have a policy in relation to anti social behaviour and procedures for dealing with occurrences of anti social behaviour. These documents will demonstrate the Council's commitment to ensuring all residents can live in quiet enjoyment of their homes. The policy and procedures will be accessible to tenants, residents and any other stakeholder that may need the Council's assistance in relation to any alleged instance of anti social behaviour.
