11/2005 The Cabinet agreed to grant delegated
authority to the Director of Finance and Corporate Services, in
consultation with the Portfolio Holder for Finance, to grant EDF
Energy a cable easement under land at Northbank House, Medway City
Estate and Chatham Waterfront on the best terms reasonably
obtainable.
