The Cabinet noted that spending on the
approved budget amounted to approximately £16m.
The Cabinet noted the proposed use of capital resources available
to fund the programme, as referred to in table 2 of the
report.
The Cabinet recommended to Council that the proposed amendments to
the authority's treasury guidance as set out in section 10 of the
report be approved.
