Establishment of Employment Matters Appeals Panel This report asks Members to agree to the establishment of the Employment Matters Appeals Panel and appoint Members to it.
Minutes: Discussion:
Members considered a report regarding the establishment of the Employment Matters Appeals Panel and the appointment of Members to it.
In response to a query, officers undertook to provide Members with details about the Equalities Working Group, including when it had last met.
Decision:
The Committee agreed:
a) the establishment of the Employment Matters Appeals Panel comprising 3 Members of the Employment Matters Committee;
b) to allocate 2 seats to the Conservative Group and 1 seat to the Labour and Co-operative Group;
c) to appoint Councillors Fearn, Hackwell and Khan to the Panel. |
