Disposal of the Former Civic Centre Site, Strood Waterfront This report advises the Council of the sale of the former Civic Centre site in Strood. Cabinet at its meeting on 9 April 2019 (decision no. 55/2019) agreed to delegate authority to the Director of Regeneration, Culture, Environment and Transformation and Deputy Chief Executive, in consultation with the Portfolio Holder for Inward Investment, Strategic Regeneration and Partnerships to dispose of the above site on the best terms reasonably obtainable, whilst securing development of the site.
