version of the Medway Waterfront Renaissance Strategy and agreed to

Director of Education and Leisure to enter into contracts with
Medway Mediation, Medway Education Business Partnership and
Mid-Kent College to provide the Inclusion in Learning project

accordance with paragraph 7(a) of the Council's contract rules as
set out in section 3 of the report. |

Restrictive Covenant: Pier Road, Gillingham Decision: 356/2004 The Cabinet agreed to the release of
the restrictive covenants in exchange for a consideration set out

Alcohol Control Zone Decision: 336/2004 The Cabinet agreed that the Rochester
alcohol control zone should be continued indefinitely. |
