1.	Sustainability Strategy View the background to item 1. View the decision for item 1. Decision: 1/2007 The Cabinet approved the Corporate Sustainability Strategy and Action Plan.
2.	Six Month Progress Report on the Council's Performance Plan View the background to item 2. View the decision for item 2. Decision: 3/2007 The Cabinet noted the current performance against the Council's CSFs as indicated by the first six month's figures for this year. 4/2007 The Cabinet accepted the comments and recommendations made by Overview and Scrutiny Committees concerning the CSF performance. 5/2007 The Cabinet agreed the set of revised critical success factors to be used for monitoring from November 2006.
3.	Recruitment Freeze View the background to item 3. View the decision for item 3. Decision: 6/2007 The Cabinet agreed to unfreeze the following posts, as detailed in Appendix 1 to the report, to enable Directors to commence the recruitment process: Chief Executive's: a) Local Strategic Partnership Coordinator. Community Services: b) Team Manager - Physical Disability Team.
4.	Mental Health Fundamental Review Scope View the background to item 4. View the decision for item 4. Decision: 2/2007 The Cabinet approved the scope of the review and referred it to the NHS and Health Sub-Committee of Community Services Overview and Scrutiny Committee which will conduct the review.
