Responsible for providing feedback on the new services developed as part of the Medway 2.0 Transformation Roadmap. Contribute to the development of services to deliver the council’s statutory and corporate obligations, objectives and priorities. Ensure that the redesigned services:
· Fulfil the requirements of a modern council
· Are owned and valued by Members
· Enable Members to deliver the council’s statutory and corporate obligations, objectives and priorities
· Are based on national good practice and follow the 15 Principles of Good Service Design developed by Lou Downe from The School of Good Services.
