- Councillor Smitha Campbell - Other interests - Councillor Campbell confirmed that although she was the office manager for the Gillingham and Rainham MP, she had had no involvement in the matter relating to item 8 (Update on pharmacy provision in Rainham) as this was being dealt with by case workers, she would therefore stay for the debate and decision on that item
