- Other Significant Interests - Councillor Filmer referred to planning application MC/24/0308 – Strood Civic Centre, Rochester, ME2 4AU and stated that as there were comments made from the Rochester Bridge Trust and he was one of the Council’s representatives for the Trust, he would take no part during the discussion and would not vote.
