- Councillor Habib Tejan - Other Significant Interests - Councillor Tejan explained that he had an OSI in relation to item 5 (Council Plan Performance Monitoring Report and Risk Register Review Quarter 3 2022/23), 7 (Capital Budget Monitoring – Round 3 2022/23) and 10 (Work Programme and review of the Committee’s work) as he was a Chairman of Kyndi Ltd. Kyndi Ltd was not specifically discussed and therefore there was no requirement for Councillor Tejan to leave the room.
