• Councillor Alan Jarrett - Personal - Councillor Jarrett declared a personal interest in agenda items 8 (Leader’s Report) and 11C (Special Urgency Decisions), in relation to the Gateway 3 Contract Award: A228 Stoke Crossing report, because he has an interest in a company which owns adjacent land.
• Councillor Phil Filmer - Cllr Filmer passed away on 5 May 2026. Our deepest sympathy goes to his family and friends at this time - Personal and Prejudicial - Councillor Filmer declared a personal and prejudicial interest in agenda items 8 (Leader’s Report) and 11C (Special Urgency Decisions), in relation to the Gateway 3 Contract Award: A228 Stoke Crossing report, because his company has business dealings with one of the tenderers
