• Councillor David Carr - It is with great sadness that Medway Council announces that Cllr David Carr passed away on Saturday 19 January 2019. Our deepest sympathy goes to his family and friends - Other interests - Councillor Carr declared an interest in this item on the basis that he is a Council representative on the Kent and Medway Fire and Rescue Authority and advised that whilst he would remain as part of the Committee for this item he would not ask any questions of the Kent and Medway Fire and Rescue Authority.
• Councillor Steve Iles - It is with great sadness that Medway Council announces that Cllr Steve Iles passed away on Thursday 17 June. Our deepest sympathy goes to his family and friends at this time. - Other interests - Councillor Steve Iles declared an interest in this item on the basis that he is a Council representative on the Kent and Medway Fire and Rescue Authority and advised that whilst he would remain as part of the Committee for this item he would not ask any questions of the Kent and Medway Fire and Rescue Authority.
