Councillor David Carr - It is with great sadness that Medway Council announces that Cllr David Carr passed away on Saturday 19 January 2019. Our deepest sympathy goes to his family and friends
- Other conflicts of interest / bias / pre-determination - On the basis that he is a Trustee of the Historic Diockyard and serves on the Committee that deals with property issues, Councillor Carr took no part in the consideration and determination of this planning application.
