• Councillor Andrew Mackness - Other interests - Councillor Mackness stated that he did not have a disclosable pecuniary interest in respect of this planning application but he left the meeting for consideration and determination of the planning application so as to avoid any possible future challenge to any decision made by the Committee.
• Councillor David Carr - It is with great sadness that Medway Council announces that Cllr David Carr passed away on Saturday 19 January 2019. Our deepest sympathy goes to his family and friends - Other interests - As a member of the Chatham Historic Dockyard Trust and serving on the Trust's Property Board Councillor Carr vacated the chair and left the meeting for the consideration and determination of this application.
