This report will update Members on progress with the Better for Less transformation programme which is delivering savings identified in the Medium Term Financial Plan and the budget set by full council in February 2011. It will seek approval for the transfer of budgets across directorates which is required to establish the new customer contact and shared administration models - such cross directorate transfers are a matter for Full Council.
