This report is the Mid Year Review and will cover for the first six months of 2010/11: an economic update, a review of: the Council’s Treasury Management Strategy Statement and Annual Investment Strategy; the Council’s investment portfolio; the Council’s borrowing strategy, any debt restructuring that has occurred and compliance with Treasury and Prudential limits.
The report will be considered, initially, by Business Support Overview and Scrutiny Committee on 1 December 2011, Cabinet and, finally, Full Council on 12 January 2012.
