This report will set out a review of the Statement of Licensing Policy (which is required on a three yearly basis). This report will be considered, initially, by Licensing and Safety Committee on 18 November 2010 and Business Support Overview and Scrutiny Committee on 2 December 2010. The Cabinet will be asked to consider any proposed changes to the Policy and refer it to Council on 13 January 2011 for approval as part of the policy framework.
