Summary
This report will set out the provisional proposals for the funding formula for mainstream schools and academies for 2027/28. The Cabinet will be asked to instruct officers to implement the 2026-27 Provisional Funding Formula and to delegate authority to officers to enable implementation of the Final Funding Formula following a Schools Forum meeting in January 2027.
