Summary
The report will ask the Cabinet to approve establishment of a Building Replacement Fund (BRF) and to recommend to full Council allocation of capital funding to support the delivery of essential building replacement, statutory compliance and asset improvement works across the Council's property portfolio during 2026/27 and 2027/28.
