Gateway 3 Contract Award - Corporate Facilities Management Contracts

Summary

These reports will seek Cabinet approval to award procurements for a number of contracts within the Corporate FM Maintenance and Repair Works Procurement Project. The contracts are 1. Asbestos Compliance Services, 2. Building Fabric Services, 3. Cleaning Services, 4. Electrical Services, 5. Fire Safety Services, 6. FM grounds Maintenance, 7. Heating and Ventilation Services, 8. Lift Maintenance Services, 9. Security Services and 10. Water Compliance.
