Procurement - Appointment of Medway Development Company as Project Manager and Contractor for BIL Fund Enabling Works Package

Summary
This report will ask the Cabinet to approve the appointment of MDC as Project Manager and Contractor to deliver the BIL infrastructure works under the Teckal exemption, if a bid for c.£5m Homes England, Brownfield, Infrastructure and Land fund (BIL) to enable further infrastructure works, ahead of the future delivery of 185 homes, is successful.
