Regulation of Investigatory Powers (RIPA) Policy Update

 

 

Summary

This report will provide an update on the RIPA Surveillance Policy following a recent Inspection by the Investigatory Powers Commissioner’s Office and will ask for the Cabinet to adopt an updated Policy following minor amendments made after the inspection.
