Summary
This report will ask the Cabinet to note a pause in capital expenditure to enable an assessment to take place of the most sustainable options for the future of the sites.
The Cabinet will also be asked to recommend Council to approve revenue funding to undertake a review of the most sustainable development options for the Medway Enterprise Zone sites.
