Summary
This report will ask the Cabinet to recommend to full Council approval of the implementation of parking charges in Riverside and Capstone Country Parks, and to provide the same approval to Deansgate subject to a positive planning determination.
The Cabinet will also be asked to approve completion of the Traffic Regulation Order process.
