This report will present the proposed new One Medway Council Plan for 2024 to 2028.
The report will initially be considered by the Business Support and Digital Overview and Scrutiny Committee on 4 April 2024. The Cabinet will be asked to refer the Council Plan to Full Council for consideration and decision on 15 May 2024.
