This report will present the Housing Revenue Account (HRA) capital and revenue budgets for 2024/25 and provide details of proposed rent and service charges levels for 2024/25, including the comments of the Regeneration, Culture and Environment Overview and Scrutiny Committee. The Cabinet’s recommendations on this report will be referred to Council on 29 February 2024 for consideration and final approval.
