Summary
This report will ask the Cabinet to agree that the Council hires the Great Lines Heritage Park to the organisers of a music festival, annually for the next three years. This would be subject to the organisers meeting all elements of the Council’s Outdoor Events Policy and the terms and conditions of the location hire agreement.
