Summary
This report will request that the Cabinet recommends to Full Council an addition to the capital programme to undertake project start-up and procure a design and planning team to begin feasibility and outline design at Temple Marsh.
The report will also request the recommendation to Council of an addition to the capital programme to be used for ongoing site improvement and management.
