Summary

As part of the land assembly process to enable highways and associated infrastructure to be delivered under the Housing Infrastructure Fund (HIF) project on the Hoo Peninsula, Requests for Information (RFIs) need to be served on affected parties. This report will set out formal letters as part of a statutory process.

Access to Information

The report together with any other documents being considered (unless they contain exempt information) will be available for inspection 5 clear days before the decision is taken by the Cabinet.
