Summary
This report will ask the Cabinet to agree the development of simplified forms and workflows within the Children and Adults Social Care System, Mosaic, to better embed the children’s practice model framework.
The report will also request the Cabinet to recommend to Full Council an addition to the Council’s revenue budget.
