Medway Youth Justice Plan 2022 - 2024

Summary

The report will request Cabinet approval of the Youth Justic Plan 2022 to 2024, following consideration by the Children and Young People Overview and Scrutiny Committee on 3 March 2022.

It is noted that the Local Authorities (Executive Arrangements)(Meetings and Access to Information)(England) Regulations 2012 requires 28 clear days’ notice of the intention to make a key decision. On this occasion it has not been possible to provide this 28 clear days’ notice and therefore Section 10 (General Exception) of the above regulations have been complied with. It was not possible to include this report on the Forward Plan with 28 days’ notice due to an administrative error.
