Low Carbon Heat Network - Project Development Phase Proposal


This report will request Cabinet approval to progress a Low Carbon Chatham Heat Network to the Detailed Project Development phase. Establishment of such a Network would help Medway to achieve its ambition of being Net Carbon Zero by 2050.
