Summary

This report will request Cabinet approval of the discretionary Council Tax Relief Policy for Care Leavers for the period 1 April 2022 to 31 March 2023. The report will also request approval of Council Tax Discretionary Relief Policy changes which will take effect from 1 April 2022.
