This report will set out proposals to improve health and social care outcomes for adults with Learning Disability and for autistic people. The Cabinet will be asked to consider and agree one of the options set out in the report.
The report is first due to be considered by the Health and Adult Social Care Overview and Scrutiny Committee on 9 December 2021.
