As the Council's auditors, PriceWaterhouseCoopers are required, under the Audit Commission's Code of Audit Practice (the Code), to issue an Audit Letter to the Council on completion of their audit, demonstrating that the Code's objectives have been addressed and summarising all issues of significance arising from their work.
