Summary
This report will ask the Cabinet to approve an update to the Council’s RIPA (Regulation of Investigatory Powers) Policy to reflect restructuring that has taken place within the Council’s Regeneration, Culture, Environment and Transformation Directorate. The policy has also been revised to reflect the greater use of social media.
