Summary

This report will request that the Cabinet delegates authority to the Director of Place and Deputy Chief Executive, in consultation with the Leader of the Council, the Assistant Director, Legal and Governance and the Chief Finance Officer, to sign any required Deed of Variation to the Housing Infrastructure Fund Grant Determination Agreement.
