Summary

This report will seek approval from Cabinet to recommission and procure a multi-provider framework agreement to be used to purchase external foster care placements, where Medway Council’s in-house fostering service do not have capacity. This will enable the Council to fulfil its duties to children in need as well as children and young people in care.
