Summary

This report will present the proposed final draft of the Medway Local Plan and supporting information and seek a recommendation to Full Council to publish the Plan for representations, prior to submission to the Secretary of State for independent examination.

The report together with any other documents being considered (unless they contain exempt information) will be available for inspection 5 clear days before the decision is taken by the Cabinet.
