Medway Child Assessment Unit

Summary

This report will outline the options available to Medway Council to develop a provision that ensures a greater number of children and young people receive the right intervention, at the right time, a need highlighted during the ILACS inspection, as recommended by the Children and Young People Overview and Scrutiny Committee on 9 January 2020. (Cabinet decision no. 2/2020 refers). This report will be considered initially by this Committee on 7 January 2021.
