Better Care Fund

 

 

Summary

This report will request that the Cabinet agree to extend the existing Better Care Fund Plan to cover the period 1 April 2021 to 31 March 2022.

 

The Cabinet will be asked to delegate oversight of the development of the Better Care Fund Plan and S75 agreement to the Director of People, Children and Adults, in consultation with the Kent and Medway NHS Clinical Commissioning Group Deputy Managing Director, Chief Legal Officer and the Portfolio Holder for Adults’ Services.
