This report will provide details of the Council Strategy and Council Plan for 2021/22. This report will be considered by the Business Support Overview and Scrutiny Committee on 28 January 2021. The Council Strategy and Council Plan will be referred to Full Council for consideration and decision on 18 February 2021.
