This report outlines the Council’s response to the COVID-19 (Coronavirus) global pandemic and sets out the process for managing the next stages to manage the restarting of services post lockdown and longer term recovery.

On this occasion it has not been practicable to provide this 28 clear days’ notice and therefore Section 10 (General exception) of the above regulations has been complied with. It was not possible to include this report on the Forward Plan with 28 days’ notice because discussions with the Leader regarding the report’s inclusion (and contents) on the Cabinet Agenda for 9 June 2020 had not been concluded when the Forward Plan was published.
