Summary
This report will provide details of the Medway Housing Delivery Test Action Plan which is required following the publication of the Government’s Housing Delivery Test results in February 2020. The Action Plan will consider housebuilding rates in Medway and measures to boost the supply of housing.
The report will also include an update to the Local Development Scheme, which will set out the timetable and process for preparing the new local plan. The Local Development Scheme is a legal requirement of the plan making process
